HoloComp Privacy Policy

1. Without an account (the default)

HoloComp works fully without an account. In this mode:

• Your collection, vendor records, deals, shows and cash records stay on your device. HoloComp does not receive them.
• Customer names you type into deals stay on your device too.
• Card recognition runs on your device.
• To show card prices, the app asks api.tcgdex.net for prices using card IDs only.

2. With an account (optional)

If you sign in, HoloComp's server stores:

• Your account email address.
• How you signed in: Apple, Google, or an email code. With Sign in with Apple, the address may be a private relay address.
• A user ID.
• An optional display name.
• Session records: a device label such as "iPhone · iOS 26.6", the app's network user agent, your IP address, and sign-in and last-seen times. The app uses these to show your signed-in devices and to sign devices out.
• A log of account actions (time, action and session), kept for security.

Signing in does not upload your local data.

HoloComp uses Supabase to store this data. Supabase processes it on HoloComp's behalf, under a data processing agreement that requires it to protect the data at least as well as this policy does. Confirm the agreement when the hosted project is created.

3. What HoloComp does not do

• HoloComp does not use your data for advertising or tracking.
• HoloComp does not sell your data.

4. Retention and deletion

• You can delete your account in the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. You will be asked to sign in again.
• Deleting the account immediately removes your account, profile, personal workspace, sessions and account action log.
• HoloComp keeps one record that the account was deleted, with no identifying details. This stops a restore from a backup from bringing the account back.
• Server backups, when configured, expire after their retention period: backup retention, e.g. 7 days — set when the hosted project is created.
• If you signed in with Sign in with Apple, HoloComp asks Apple to revoke its tokens for your account.
• Deleting the account does not delete local data on your phone. Use "Erase all data" in the app, or delete the app, to remove local data.
